By using this website or our services you agree to these terms with Unique Squid Holdings LLC (“Unique Squid”).

Services

Scope, deliverables, ad budgets and fees for each engagement are set out in a written proposal or statement of work. Ad spend is paid directly to the advertising platforms.

No guarantee of results

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific revenue, ROAS or sales.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for unlawful advertising or for messaging recipients who have not consented.

Intellectual property

Ownership of deliverables is defined in your statement of work. Unique Squid retains its pre-existing tools and know-how.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
